Why do we need this?

Our key aim at Bewellworkwell is to provide you with the very highest quality knowledge and support so you can improve your health, wellbeing and performance. We are passionate about this aim. To enable us to provide the best possible service we need to comply with certain legal requirements. There are also a set of terms and conditions that all users of the site must agree to. Material on this site is protected by copyright. The copyright owner is Bewellworkwell. You may not make any alterations, deletions or additions to the site or material on this site, or sell it or misappropriate it. Material may be downloaded or copied for personal use only. However, appropriate acknowledgement of the copyright owner is required if material is used or re-published in any format and only then after express permission from us at info@eqworks.co.uk.

2. Login and Passwords

Access to the portal is a privilege. For security purposes you may not give access to the site to anyone or lend your login details. If you think your details have become compromised please use the password reset facility on the login page and inform the portal administrator immediately. The portal is highly interactive and so each user has a responsibility to use the resources in a responsible way and to take care to protect the integrity of the site. This includes ensuring that all communication and postings on the site are of a responsible nature and are mindful of others.

3. Compliance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998

Bewellworkwell is compliant under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act") and complies with the Act in all its dealings with your personal information and data including using its reasonable endeavours to ensure that such information is accurate, securely stored, kept up to date and not held for longer than necessary.

By completing the questionnaires you are providing Bewellworkwell with explicit permission to process your personal data fairly and lawfully.

4. Use of Data for Research Purposes

As part of Bewellworkwell's commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of working people and the communities in which they live, some of your data may be collated and shared anonymously with third parties for research purposes. No individual is identified in any of the research that is undertaken. Through such work we can help you and your employer improve the conditions in your workplace.

6. Use of cookies
